Nanana Couture offers the following sizes: XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL

If your size is not listed above, please get in contact by sending an email to hello@nananacoutureisland.com and we will be happy to create a special
order piece for you.

Order status:

We ship all orders within 48h after the order is placed and we will send you a tracking number and information on how to check the status of your order once it has been shipped.

Cancelling or changing an order:

If you would like to change or cancel an order once it has been placed, please email us at hello@nananacoutureisland.com.
Please be sure to include your order number in the email, and whether you would prefer for the order to be cancelled or amended.

Returns:

Please read the item descriptions and consult the size guide carefully prior to placing an order. For all orders placed in Italy and returned no later than 21 days from the date of receipt, a refund or exchange is possible. International buyers have 28 days to return the item(s) once received. No items which have been worn, altered or washed may be returned. Please note swimwear or intimates with the hygiene seal removed, may not be returned. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. As soon as we have received the returned items we will contact you within 24 hours.

Please include the original invoice inside your return package and email us at hello@nananacoutureisland.com to receive our address, to return it.

If you order is placed from within the EU you are required to pay Italian sales tax (IVA). If your order is placed outside the EU you are not responsible for paying Italian sales tax (IVA), but are responsible for any additional tax and/or duties applicable in the country of destination; it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any of these extra charges.
